Blood pressure (BP) is the force of your blood pushing against the walls of yours arteries. Each time yout heart beats, it pumps blood into the arteries. Your blood pressure is highest when your heart beats, pumping the blood. This is called systolic pressure. When your heart is at rest, between beats, your blood pressure falls. This is called diastolic pressure


Normal BP

Your systolic pressure is less than 120 and

Your diastolic pressure is less than High 80 BP

Your systolic pressure is greater than 120

Your diastolic pressure is greater than 80

1. Healthy Eating Habits and Diet

2. Regular exercise & walking

3. Healthy weight (ie) ideal weight BMI

4. Limiting alcohol consumption

5. Avoid Smoking

6. Stress Management
